Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data this website processes, why, and what rights you have. It covers the marketing website only. Data processed inside the Concierge product on behalf of a hotel is governed by that hotel and by our data processing agreement with it.
Who is responsible
The controller for this website is Coderlytics (the "Company"), the maker of Concierge. Contact details are in the imprint. You can reach us about privacy at the e-mail address shown there.
What we process when you visit
The website is a set of static pages hosted in the EU. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, requested URL, browser type, timestamp) to operate and secure the service. We do not use advertising trackers.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
To remember your choice we store a small preference in your browser (local storage). This is strictly necessary so we do not ask again on every page.
If you use the contact form and Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare may set short-lived security cookies to complete the bot check. These are strictly necessary to protect the form.
If you accept analytics, we load Plausible Analytics, a cookieless EU-hosted service that counts page views without identifying you. It runs only after you accept. You can change this at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
What we process when you request a demo
When you submit the contact form we process the data you enter: name, work e-mail, hotel or group name, number of rooms if given, your message and the language of the page you used. We use it to answer your request and to arrange a demo (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). We do not store your IP address with the request.
To protect the form from automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates technical signals from your browser and may process your IP address for that purpose. Cloudflare, Inc. acts as our processor. The notification e-mail to our team is sent through our email provider, also acting as processor. Requests are stored in a database in the EU.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards unless a contract follows, in which case the data becomes part of the customer record. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Romania this is the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP). To exercise your rights, write to the address in the imprint.
Changes
We update this notice when the website or the services behind it change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
